Hum Jammy Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Hum Jammy! This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and receive a refund.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused items with original tags attached within 5 to 7 days of purchase.
Reasons for Return:
- Incorrect item received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- Damaged item: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damage. We will offer you a full refund or replacement.
- Change of mind: If you simply change your mind about an item, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
International Returns & Refunds:
- Eligibility: International returns are accepted under the same conditions as domestic returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with original tags attached within 5 to 7 days of purchase.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred on international shipments are non-refundable. Please consider this before making a return.
- Return Shipping Costs: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Refund Currency: Refunds for international returns will be processed in the original currency used at the time of purchase. Please note that exchange rates may fluctuate, and any difference in the refund amount due to currency exchange will not be covered by Hum Jammy.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team by email at jammylooks1403@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the item back to the address we provide with the RAN clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Please keep your receipt for proof of return.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs:
- Domestic: We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item or damaged item). You will be responsible for the return shipping cost if the return is due to a change of mind.
- International: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exceptions:
- Certain items, such as swimwear or undergarments, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
- Items that are returned after the 15-day window, washed, worn, damaged (except for manufacturing defects), or without original tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.
